News Flash!

  • Not trusting your gut is dangerous for your health.

  • Negative thoughts can make you sick.

However:

  • Going with your gut steers you in the right direction.

  • Positive thoughts can make you well.

It is a two way street.

Your mind influences your body, your body influences your mind.

Can we, by changing our unconscious programming, generate better physical health or heal from disease? Can a healthy body improve our mental outlook? The Romans believed so, and they had a saying to prove it:

A HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY”

If we succeed in bringing our body, our thoughts, and our emotions into resonance, we become healthier and happier.

So, what steps should we be taking?

Let’s dive in and find out!

How mind-body issues produce health or disease

Cancer and Letting Go

About 64 different types of cancer have so far been discovered, and cancer rates have been going up drastically, especially with the new turbo-cancers of the past three years. Why is this happening? And what can mind-body medicine reveal about the underlying causes of cancer?

If we examine all 64 types of cancers, with their different cell lines and pathologies, one common denominator runs through them.

It is the inability to let go of something that happened, something that caused distress, disappointment, or emotional pain. It is an involuntary attachment to a negative state of mind.

Not applying the “Power of Letting Go” can be fatal for the organism.

Cancer’s root lies in something we cannot let go of. When we live imprisoned inside our private regrets, toxic emotions such as guilt, shame, grief, rage or disappointment can eventually poison our blood and lead to malignant cell proliferation. Cancer is incubated in the unexpressed emotional realm. The body produces small blood vessels to nourish the tumor as though it were a growing child. The body is simply obeying the unconscious mind and its stubbornly clinging nature.

The person who has learned to let go can defeat cancer. But the person who cannot will face a difficult journey.

The other pole of cancer is fear. If cancer starts off with an attachment to a privately held pain, it progresses onward fueled by intense feelings of fear. Fear is aggressively promoted by the medical industry since fear generates huge profits.

This fact has become tragically obvious in the Covid era.

There is probably nothing worse for your general state of health than to live in a constant state of unspoken fear.

ESCAPING from FEAR

People who are successful in overcoming a life threatening illness do so mainly by tapping deep into resources inside their body and mind. An attitude of self-reliance and self-worth are critical. Fatalism or hopelessness can be more damaging even than the disease itself. The so-called PLACEBO EFFECT shows us the immense influence of the mind over our physical health. It is particularly important for people to protect themselves from the NOCEBO EFFECT.

  • for example, when an oncologist pronounces on a negative outcome to their patient, this triggers the nocebo effect.

  • the nocebo effect is the opposite of the placebo effect and is even more powerful.

  • fear is the main fuel of the nocebo effect and produces a self-fulfilling prophecy at the cellular level.

  • the answer to this is to trust your internal power to heal, and do everything you must to support this.

This may require both mental and physical detox, oxidative therapies, a clean diet free from inflammatory or acidifying components, meditation and learning to truly accept and love yourself as you really are.

READING YOUR OWN BODY

Most of us store stress in specific areas of our body. If the stress burden becomes too great, or too longstanding, this can cause damage to the cells of whichever organ, joint, or other area which is holding our stress. It is very helpful then to look within, to ask yourself, “Am I storing my stress in a specific area of my body? If so, where? And where is this stress coming from?”

Bear in mind that stress typically gets stored in common areas such as :

  • Your GI

  • Your back, hips, shoulders or neck

  • Your cardiovascular system

  • Your diaphragm

  • Your lungs and chest area

  • Your reproductive organs

Now, once you have identified where you are storing your stress, what to do next?

THE POWER OF LETTING GO

The most important thing, remember, is learning to let go of what no longer serves us. To follow the teachings of water, and to seek inner freedom. You will find many exercises that can help you in my book “The Power of Letting Go”.

But letting go is just the first step to letting in. When negative thoughts loop through our subconscious, they end up blocking the body, which weakens, sickens or ages as a result. Once fresh energy pours back in, physical healing can commence.

The spiritual path is the best answer since by learning to let go of our selfish concerns we free up the grace of life to flow once more within us, creating an environment for cells to oscillate harmoniously, and for disease to be overcome.

Everything comes down to flows of information occurring inside us. This information exchange should be resonant and coherent. Here is the interface between physics and biology, between emotional and cellular life. We are more than bundles of chemicals. Inside us there is a cosmic dance of electrical charge, energy, and currents of light.

BEING YOURSELF

Finding out who we really are, and living from that place, can take time. That’s okay, so long as we strive sincerely to be true to our own nature. Then, our body and mind will not be in conflict, and tensions will not overflow from suppressed emotional states into our cells, endangering our health. We provide great tools and healing advice through our webinars and online courses which you can sign up for. Subscribing to our newsletter will also keep you informed about any upcoming events or classes.
