How to get rid of a migraine headache without medicine
Almost everyone has a headache from time to time. But some people suffer chronic migraines, tension headaches, or cluster headaches. These undermine quality of life. Very few doctors know how to treat headaches without medications. And that doesn’t really work anyway. The strange thing is this: a splitting headache is not actually your brain hurting. The brain actually cannot feel pain inside itself. It can only interpret pain signals from elsewhere. So where do migraines and headaches originate? And how to get rid of them fast?
I will explain in this post how migraine headaches should be addressed both as mechanical problems and as electromagnetic problems. For me, it has been possible to remediate most types of migraine, chronic or acute headache by using WiFiVibe remote healing on my patients.
Of course, there are multiple basic stressors and triggers that set off alarms in the body. Headaches, or indeed any kind of pain, are just your body crying out to you that something is wrong. Work stress, emotional conflict, sedentary lifestyles, and over-use of smart devices can all set off alarms. So we’ll also look into ways of minimizing these stressors and their effects.
Healing migraines and headaches without using medicine
Pharmaceutical drugs are never designed to cure anything. They only suppress symptoms whilst generating new symptoms known as “side-effects”. This generates huge profits for the industry. The Rockefeller type of medicine taught to doctors in med school cannot heal anything and it is a real problem. But if we look out at a field of lavender, something stirs in us which says “Yes, healing is possible. I feel it somewhere deep inside me.”
Can the brain feel pain?
No, the brain has no pain receptors. It is, for this reason possible to operate surgically on someone’s brain whilst they are awake and they will feel no pain. However, special pain cells called nociceptors are to be found on the scalp, and in the lining under the skull called the meninges. When irritated, these cells create feelings of pain inside the brain. In other words, headaches. Why would this happen? Well, for two reasons:
an increase in fluid pressure from blood vessels under the skull switches on nociceptors “upstairs” in the meninges and scalp.
pressure inside intracranial blood vessels increases and the blood vessels send signals saying “It hurts here” to a nerve ganglion at the side of the face (the Trigeminal nerve ganglion). This is one reason why headaches are often accompanied by eye pain, facial tenderness, neck pain and shoulder pain.
Brain Waves and Electricity
Headaches and migraines are also caused by disturbances in the electrical circuits and in brain wave distribution. We all know, of course, that our brains are electrical organs. So what do you think happens if there is too much current running through a circuit? Excess build up of magnetic and electrical fields in the brain generates migraines. The same is true of tension headaches. Basically, this electromagnetic disturbance correlates with excess sympathetic nerve activity, leading to constriction in blood vessels. This is one reason why “uptight people” and “Type A” personalities tend to suffer from headaches, shoulder pain, neck pain and so on. The dimmer on the lights isn’t working properly!
WiFiVibe Heals Headaches From Top Down
Brain waves in the brain’s electrical (and magnetic) fields extend outside the head itself. WiFiVibe is able to target this directly via the patient’s webcam, so the the electrical and magnetic disturbances can be relieved from the top down. This also has positive effects on the pain receptors of the scalp, which are in the range of view of the webcam, and on the meningeal nociceptors beneath the skull. The cranial sutures are thereby relaxed. The treatment adjusts the over dominance of the sympathetic nerves which are driving most of the tightness, constriction and “pain in the brain”.
Avoiding Stress and Triggers
We should remind ourselves always that stress is a killer, and learn how to minimize its effects on our brains and bodies. Learning to breathe properly with a fully relaxed diaphragm is essential. So is keeping the mind clean of clutter, and making sure your priorities and values are in good order. Moving your body rhythmically in fluid, meditative ways is very beneficial for resolving chronic headaches and ridding yourself of any “uptightness”. Of course, certain foods such as chocolate can trigger migraines in many people, so it is important to know what your triggers are and then avoid them!
SO…HOW TO GET RID OF A HEADACHE FAST?
How to get rid of a headache fast? In my remote healing practice, it is possible to do this using WiFiVibe. You just lie down on your back with your eyes closed with your head close to the webcam of your laptop or tablet. Otherwise, the key is really to work on slowing down and deepening your breathing, relaxing your diaphragm as much as possible, and withdrawing from all triggers such as noise, perfumes, and other irritants (including annoying people who press your buttons!)
Here’s a tip: if your headache has been triggered by indigestion, you can sometimes fix it by gently massaging underneath your second and third toes for about 5 minutes before lying down. But if you tend to get severe migraines, I strongly would recommend making a consultation for treatment. Chronic headaches can also be signs of internal toxicity so bear that in mind.
My book, “The Power of Letting Go” provides many seated meditative exercises for calming the mind and aligning breath with good upright posture, so that is one resource. It teaches you how to let go of what is inessential and let in what is most important. We also have a lot of experience teaching therapeutic movement and some people have said “Good-bye” to their migraines by taking these classes.
Sending best wishes for a brain free of pain!
